Pleasantly surprised by this great hotel. Location is perfect, so central! Room was beautiful and big, with large terrace and great views over the pool and mountains. Pool and jacuzzi were quiet, as was the gym. Great staff, really couldn’t fault it and reasonably priced too. Thank you.

We booked this for coachella thru a 3rd party and they were so easy to go through the process. Got check into the rooms early, they are open communication access at any time and the pool area was nice. You do have to call for room services, they don't just do rounds. And every time we got back from the festival late, they had someone ready to provide us with electrolytes, it was very much needed!

First time visit to Palm Springs. The location was incredible, located right on the edge of downtown within walking distance of just about everything you could want. Staff was friendly and very well informed, and were especially helpful in getting me back some items I had left in the room after returning home. Rooms were nice and seemed well maintained. The AC worked very well (thank god). Price can be a bit steep, but I think it's worth it. Zoso knows what they are doing. I would definitely consider staying here again on future visits.

Had an overall great experience here. Stayed for New Year’s Eve and for the price and location it’s perfect in Palm Springs. It’s the old hard rock hotel, and the rooms feel aged, but the bed was very comfy, and the room was super clean. The valet parking is included, but there’s often a wait as many times I was coming and going there was only one or two valet people and a row of people waiting. Everyone that worked there was very nice, and my room was large. It’s also dog friendly! There’s a cute little gym as well. You can walk to literally everything in downtown Palm Springs.

Thank hotel was great. I went on a girl's trip. The vibes, the location was perfect. I think the bat closes early at 10pm in the hotel but that's ok because the hotel is walking distance to everything including many bars. The room was clean, no issues and even had a balcony with one chair. The pools vibes were great with the music but it ends at 5pm although the pool is open until 10pm which is amazing. For the location, room, service, and affordably, I give this hotel a 5/5. I literally only took an Uber 1x.

Hotel Zoso was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. From the moment we pulled up, the valet team made everything feel smooth, easy, and taken care of, which immediately set the tone for the stay. The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful in a way that didn’t feel forced, just real hospitality. The rooms were great, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a fun Palm Springs getaway. The pool and hot tub were definitely highlights too. There was such a good energy around the property,.. relaxed, social, playful, and full of lovely people coming through. It felt like the kind of place where you can actually enjoy yourself, unwind, meet good people, and feel present. I also really loved the coffee and snack bar. It’s one of those simple details that makes the stay feel more convenient and cared for. And the entertainment was amazing. The comedy shows and drag shows brought so much personality, fun, and life to the hotel. They made the whole experience feel even more vibrant and memorable. Overall, Hotel Zoso had the perfect mix of comfort, kindness, good energy, entertainment, and Palm Springs fun. We had a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.
